OUR COMMUNITIES
With more than 1,200 units in over 45 Mississippi properties, Delta Property Management provides safe, respectable and affordable housing for families and seniors, in accordance with Rural Development, HUD and Mississippi Home Corporation guidelines. Continually assessed for compliance and improvement, many properties are in the process of being transformed to better serve residents and their communities.
New spaces support Service Coordinators and programming provided through our relationships with Voice of Calvary Ministries, Mississippi State Department of Health, and mobile medical services. These onsite community centers include recreational facilities, computer labs and training opportunities. Coordinators at each property help our residents achieve their goals in health, well-being and life skills, while encouraging meaningful contributions to their families and communities.
